WHAT IT IS
Prototype team from Kenya
Model Mars, a unique STEAM-and-humanities-focused platform, offers youth (ages 12-18) the simulated experience of living on Mars as a member of a team assembled to address a specific interdisciplinary issue within their settlement, as well as an all-team, planet-wide challenge.
As they work together, team members examine and imagine how life on Mars might evolve, how we might do things differently, better, and in support of the sustainable development goals on Earth.
